インドネシアのカミキリムシ（写真）について About photograph of Indonesia longicorn betles

カミキリムシについては、種類別に分けるのが本来のやり方だと思います。ただ、インドネシアのカミキリムシについては、日本のカミキリムシのように種類別に分けられていませんので、種類別に分けるのは、困難だと思います。そこで、このウエブサイトでは、カミキリムシのサイズで分けることにしました。このウエブサイトでは、各カミキリムシのサイズが明らかになるよう各サイズのカミキリムシの写真のところに次のような工夫をしています。まず第一に定規の写真をのせました。定規の長さと各カミキリムシを比較することで、写真からカミキリムシの大きさを知ることができます。第二に一般によく知られている体長6ｃｍのヒメカブトXylotrupes gideonの写真をのせ、各カミキリムシのサイズを直観的にわかるようにしました。各サイズのカミキリムシの写真のところの各カミキリムシの写真をクリックしていただけるとそのカミキリムシの大きな写真と学名、生息地、写真の標本の体長などが書かれています。インドネシアのカミキリムシは、和名がつけられていないものがほとんどですので、和名については、あえて、つけませんでした。ここのカミキリムシの写真の標本は、インドネシア昆虫センターが所蔵するものから、基本的に一番大きいものを選んでいます。ただ、種類によっては、1つしかない標本や、小さなもしくは、普通サイズの標本しかない場合には、小さいもの、あるいは、普通サイズのものを使用しています。標本のサイズは、0.5�o単位で計測しています。0.5�o未満は、切り捨てています。各カミキリムシは、1種類につき、1匹もしくは、オス、メス1ペアの写真をのせていますが、同じ種類のものでも、地域によって異なるもの等については、複数の標本を使用しています。

And so it is grouped by size in this website.It devise like this in photograph of Indonesia longicorn beetles It is for make clear size of longicorn bettles. First,we insert photograph of ruler in photograph of Indonesia longicorn beetles. We can know size of longicorn bettles by comparing length of that ruler with each ongicorn bettles. Second, we insert photograph of 6 cm length Xylotrupes gideon it is commonly known, and we can know size of longicorn bettles intuitively. If you click photograph of each longicorn beetles in photograph of each size longicorn beetles, you can watch big photograph of that longicorn beetle and you can know scientificname, habitat, length of body of that longicorn beetle specimen　Indonesian longicorn bettles almost never are named Japanese name. And so we ventured to do not use Japanese name. Specimens of this longicorn bettles photograph are elected the largest specimen from Indonesia insect center collection basically. But for some kinds of longicorn beetles, We have only 1 specimen or We have only small size or medium size,we use small size or medium size. Our specimens size are measured per unit 0.5 mm. We omitted the figures below 0.5 mm. We use 1 specimen or 1 pair specimen per 1 kind. But if they are different by location of the same kind, we used plual specimens.
